I just took FAR last Monday and now I need to sign up for AUD. Do I have to pay CalCPA 50 dollars again before they could issue me an NTS?

Yes. You have to pay the application fee each time you sign up for part of the exam. If you sign up for more than one part at a time, you usually get a bit of a break in the application fee, but it's only worth signing up for more than one if you can be prepared for them.
