OMG. Just took AUD and the pro metric person says the computer won’t submit it or give me a confirmation letter. But she gave me a confirmation number and said this happens sometimes with CPA exams and it IS saved and will submit tonight. I’m in the parking lot of the test center. Do I calm down and not worry about it for now? Call nasba in tears? Any other options??

Relax. This happened to me in January when I took AUD. I was pissed as I thought they lost my exam. You'll be fine 🙂

2. Send NASBA an email as soon as possible telling them what happened and send them your test time confirmation, which shows the location of the center and the time you took the test. Also include the confirmation number the Prometric employee gave you. Ask them to confirm receipt of your test.

3. Have a drink.

4. Have another drink.

5. Have one more drink just for good measure.

But for further reassurance, something similar happened to me with AUD. Send an email to NASBA candidate care with all of your pertinent information and tell them what happened. They will be able to confirm receipt of your test, including all sections. I got a response pretty quickly, 2 days if I remember correctly.

Thank you all for your quick responses! I read them all and emailed nasba like you suggested, then proceeded to chill the eff out and enjoyed the rest of my day off work with my toddler (read: chasing her around target). And now it's wine ‘o clock!
