    I'm surprised they made the decision last night for some of these locations. It's not as bad as originally expected here in Houston. The city is pretty much shut down for a few ice sprinkles and 30 degree weather. I've been on hold for hours trying to figure out how to get an extension on my NTS and reschedule my exam.

    Now I have to take the exam next week meaning my Super Bowl weekend is ruined. And Becker just froze on me during a practice exam. Can this get any worse?
