Prometric Rescheduling

    Has anyone else ever had any trouble rescheduling online with Prometric? I need to reschedule my REG exam while it’s still more than 30 days out and when I enter the confirmation number that they emailed me and the first 4 digits of my last name, it says that no appointment exists. I actually got the same error for my BEC exam, as well. I thought maybe for some reason it wasn’t recorded in their system (even though I got email confirmations) so I tried to re-register using the section ID on my NTS and it says that it’s already been used. Can anyone else shed some light on what I’m doing wrong? I still have a bit so if need be I’ll call them, but that’s a bit hard with my working hours.

    I had one issue with a re-schedule about a year ago. Call the 800# on your appointment confirmation and talk to a person. They have always been extremely helpful when I have called in the past. Good luck!

    Apparently my confirmation number works for confirming my appointment day and time, though. This is getting extremely frustrating. I'm really not impressed with Prometric right now.

    I got it rescheduled! For anyone else that has problems with it finding your appointment, try using a different computer. Even after clearing the cache on my computer it didn't work, but using a different computer did the trick.
