Question about Possible Jobs

I am interviewing next week for two different positions at two different firms. One provides outsourced accounting services to small and mid-sized clients. The other offers accounting services to private equity funds. I am more interested in the one that works with small/mid-sized clients, but that’s because I don’t know a lot about dealing with equity funds.

I know this is only at the interview stage, and no one has offered anything yet, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to get some more information and opinions. I’m older, so getting in to get experience and move on is not my goal. I want to build a career and stay at a firm. So, if anyone has any thoughts on this, I’d like to hear them.

If you like working with small business and like providing services to small business then go for out sourcing company. If you wants to work with clients with a lot of money then go for equity funds. It does not matter if you have any experience in Equity now because you can always learns something new and challenge yourself despite of your age. Remember bigger the challenge higher the reward.

Again make your choice according to your goals and things that will make you happy.

Hope this helps and Good Luck.
