Question for MA Licensure

I’m looking into the Non-reporting license in MA and my question is, do I need to submit reference letters as part of the licensing process?

REG -63│ 84!!
BEC- 59│70│ 71 │78!
AUD- 75!
FAR- 87!

Not sure if anything has changed in 2 years but as far as I know you do need to.

FAR- 77
AUD -49, 71, 84
REG -56,75!
BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.

Thank you. I'm currently going through international evaluation with Nasba. I will transfer my scores over to MA once Nasba comes out with their recommendation.
