Re-take of AUD advice (Scored 73 on first try)

My first try, which I got a 73, wasn’t too bad. However, I really don’t want to get complacent and fail this test again since I was so close the first time. I’m planning on going over parts of the lectures I didn’t fully understand the first time.

I’d really like to get a new set of MCQ’s because I feel as though I get too comfortable with the Becker MCQ’s. Does anyone use the Wiley test bank along with Becker? Do you find this to be a useful study plan?

Any advice on how I should prepare before re-taking the AUD test the second time?

    Thanks for any/all help!

    Brennan

I mainly used Becker and then added the WTB for additional questions, to make sure I actually understood a topic and wasn't just memorizing Becker's answers. Also, the WTB has better SIMs. The best advice I can give though, is to read each answer in a question and specifically state to yourself why it is right or why it is wrong. It takes longer, but you will start to understand the concepts better. I'm pretty sure that's why I passed the last time, because I started to better understand what the question was asking for.

    I got 73 too (((

I already did WTB for AUD twice. I'll do it again (some questions on the exam are word for word from WTB). However, I want to do different questions as well. Where would I find them?

@Julia_anika Have you tried the Becker Final Review? I has more MCQ and Sims. I forgot about the final review portion for Becker, though I think I'm still going to go with WTB to get a fresh perspective on questions. Other than those two I'm not sure of other quality study materials.

@ johnstew, I don't use Becker at all. I think one cannot buy Final Review unless they use becker study materials.

    Or, am I wrong?

No I believe you're right. I'm sorry I wrongly assumed you had Becker. What all have you used as study material?

    CPA excel, WTB, ninja notes.

Maybe I should get a free trial for Becker study course just to do MCQs. Something tells me that Becker's MCQ would be the same as in WTB and CPA excel.
