Taking reg on the 9th, and have heard from others that many of the questions are similar if not word for word to becker. Have other people experienced this also?

Also in terms of studying I have spent more time on MCQs than SIMS because I feel like the its easier to learn with MCQs and the information learned will flow to SIMS, is this a flaw?

The SIMS in the Becker material are very unlike most of the SIMS you will see on the actual exam. They are just there, I believe, to reinforce your knowledge of the key concepts that you'll likely need to know and apply to do the SIMS on the exam. Also I think I've read somewhere that you won't see any Business Law related SIMs, only MCQ.
