Regulation: Negligence and Gross Negligence

    Hello Everyone,

    Question, Can anyone differentiate to me what the difference is between forseen and forseeable?

    According to my Roger’s Lecture book, forseen is for negligence and forseeable is for gross negligence. I am confused.
