So my school is a target school. 95% of my classmates got full-time offers right after their internships with Big 4. I didn’t intern with them for family reasons. So I just applied the full time position with pwc, ey, and kpmg in Chicago. Only pwc invited me to the interview which I failed. I don’t understand why I didn’t get offer since I believed I was qualified. The managing partner didn’t ask me about any behavorial question at all. I don’t understand how the hiring process is honestly. I am still in my fifth year, but already passed 1 cpa section while some of my classmates haven’t yet they got offers. I feel so down because I have been working very hard for it. I regret not doing internship with them.
