Scheduling exam.

I scheduled to exam BEC on July 9 and cancelled it because I wanted to take in May.

I knew that I could take each section at a testing window, so even if I failed BEC in May, I thought I could retake it during third testing window.

I didn’t pass BEC that I took in May, so I am trying to schedule BEC to take at the end of July, but the site said “The eligibility id provided does not exist.”

I tried to enter other exam section (AUD), and it proceeded to the next step.

I passed REG & just took the FAR last week (I know how to schedule.)

I am taking an audit class now, so I want to take AUD after this semester over and after BEC.

Does anybody know why I can’t schedule BEC?

Did you get a new NTS?

Sorry, I figured you did, but that would have been an easy fix! I had one issue with rescheduling my BEC, incidentally enough. I tried to reschedule it using the seat availability tool and it came up with an error similar to yours. When I went back to the home page and chose reschedule it worked.

I tried reschedule, but it didn't work either.

I would give Prometric a call. Something may be going on with their software? If you got an NTS, then technically your code should exist.

    BEC - 76 (1/24/15)
    REG - 82 (4/13/15)
    AUD - 89 (5/31/15)
    FAR - 78 (8/16/15)

Starting right now I'll be strong
    I'll play my fight song
And I don't really care if nobody else believes
'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me

Thank you all for the replies.

I contacted California Accountancy Board and figured out that I have to re-apply for the failed exam.

I didn't know that I had to go all the processes if I failed an exam, including paying the exam fee again.

I shouldn't have taken the exam in May. 🙁
