    What is “Seasonal Method” for Corporation?

    going to go out on a limb and say it involves the time of filing. For example a corporation that manufacturers lawnmowers may close and file its books / tax return in september, as opposed to dec 31st.

    It's a way of making estimated tax payments. Instead of doing the annualized method or equal quarterly installments. The seasonal method is for a corporation that makes 70% of its income during a six month period during the year.
