Snow and NTS expires

    So there seems to be snow in the forecast for Tues/Wed and I take on Audit on Wednesday, which is also the same day my NTS expires. In the event my test is cancelled, can my NTS be extended? Do I have to do this or does Prometric? Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I believe that prometric will be able to tell you what to do. I know I have seen some people post that the people at prometric helped them reschedule since it was out of their control. You might also want to contact NASBA.

    Ok so my center is closed and my test is cancelled. Prometric has not yet contacted me, probably because the offices are closed due to the snow. I contacted NASBA and they said they would be able to extend my NTS under these circumstances.

    I tried a few Prometric numbers to no avail. How long does it normally take Prometric to reach out to candidates to reschedule?

    I think they say within 48 hours but usually 24.

    How were you able to get a hold of someone at NASBA? I can't get past their main menu. My NTS expires tomorrow and a storm is heading this way.
