    Hello Everyone,

I finally sat for FAR on Tuesday. The MCQs were not too bad (each testlet was more difficult then the previous one don’t know if this matters), but I bombed the SIMS (with the exception of the research SIM which I am positive I got right)

I have BEC coming up on the May 30 and will start my review tomorrow. I was wondering if I should continue to review my FAR materials in case I failed? I really do not want to forget everything from FAR if I have to retake. Using Becker by the way.

I am in the same boat you are. I took FAR on 4/16 and not sure how I feel about it. Like you, I felt the MCQs were manageable, however I am not too sure how well I did on the SIMs. I might of gotten maybe a couple correct, partial credit on a few and maybe bombed 1 or 2.

Although I still have thoughts about FAR, my main focus right now is on BEC as I have it scheduled for 5/29. My advice is to focus on BEC for now and worry about FAR later when you get your score.

    AUD - 01/18/14 - 81
    BEC - 05/29/14 - 85
    FAR - 07/18/14 - 81
    REG - 11/18/14 - 80

Do you have enough time to knock out 20-40 FAR MCQs a day (split between the different subjects?). If you are truly concerned about your chances of passing FAR the first time that might help keep the material fresh, although if you do need to re-take you should tackle your restudy as if you never sat before. Just a heads up, I felt the same way as you when I sat for FAR. This was the only test I felt pretty good about the MCQs but felt defeated by the SIMs.
