Get some sleep.Get up early and review notes. Do NOT test without getting a good night's sleep. When I take a quiz on little sleep I get questions wrong that I would have normally gotten right. It isn't worth the risk for a point or two that you may or may not gain from cramming all night.

I can't agree with the sleep sentiment more. You need to be rested. If you know you've prepared adequately you will sleep well because you'll know that you've done everything in your power to be prepared and it's just time to execute.

Definitely sleep. I find myself skimming the question when I'm tired and miss key words.

Are the the type that prepares well in advance, or that excels at cramming?

If you are the type that enjoys the caffeine fueled late nights associated with flying by the seat of your pants, then stay up all night and cram on.

If you are not a highly effective crammer, I'd get the sleep.

You should know which camp you fall into at this point in your life.

SLEEP!!! I barely got any sleep the day before the exam and it was tough to focus. I didn't cram, I just couldn't sleep because of nerves.

    I repeat, SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sleep

At this point you either know the material or you don't. If you do know, all cramming will do is confuse you and make you second guess yourself. If you don't know it by now, do you really think you'll pick it up now?
