Do they have dividers set up in between the workstations? How close will I be sitting next to other exam takers?

They do have dividers. I dont think its bad at all. Utilize the noise canceling headphones they have or bring your own ear plugs. I frequently hear people sighing due to the difficulty of the exams they are taking. Who knows maybe I'm sighing too and I dont notice it lol

Thanks for the reply. I read from the other post that some guy actually took a dump inside the test center…I suppose anything could happen…I was wondering if I should bring more than a pair of earplugs to the test center. (a gas mask)

Whoa really? Thats rare.. Ive gone 3 times and the worst is people getting angry, sighing, and cussing at the computer. Did you read that from this site?

During my last exam, FAR, there was a chick in there that was apparently sick. She was sitting about 3 cubes over and was coughing her head off. Every two to three seconds she would cough about 5 times.

I tried using the headphones but they put too much pressure on the side of my head and gave me a headache almost immediately. So I had to take them off.

I thought about going out and asking the prometric people to move her but I figured that would cause both of us point robbing angst.

I vote for BRING YOUR OWN EARPLUGS!

Thank you for the advice. I will get a pair of earplugs from my local CVS later on…What brand do you all use?
