To all those who have passed the CPA exam in Texas, there are a list of providers for the 4 hour Ethics course. Any recommendations on which one is the best? I’d rather not randomly choose one 🙂

I used thecpediscountstore.com. I would not say they are the best, but it was $34.95 and it did not take long to read through and take the test.

I also used CPELink. Took 30 minutes and scored 100. I'm much more worried about the rules of professional conduct. I'm afraid I may have read too much into some of the questions, and you can only get 3 wrong and still pass.

I used the course offered by PASS Online. It was about $60 and took me about an hour…some of the other options sound better, but my office has a subscription so I was able to do it at work for free.

I was wondering if anyone was having any issues with their application…I sent in all of my stuff on Saturday, December 13th and it's been saying that my application is processing and that my fee was received since the 19th. I figured it may be slower due to the holidays, but I got impatient so I finally called and spoke with someone on the qualifications team yesterday morning and she told me that she remembered looking at my application, but needed to locate it and call me back. She still hasn't called back : / I know in some states it takes awhile, but I was under the impression that in Texas it only took about 2 weeks as long as you sent everything and passed the Code of Conduct test. Anyone just get certified recently that can share their experience? Thank you in advance!!!
