Hi all,

I took AUD today. I used Roger lectures and WTB for MCQ and Sims. My experience was not good today. Sitting for AUD, I felt that it was much harder than what I was seeing in WTB. I felt that I had to guess on a lot of MCQ and some Sims too.

Just not sure what the heck happened? Was this to be expected? I am about to restart studying for FAR and I just don’t know if WTB will get me where I need to go with it. I’m not in the position to get any other study material either right now.

Any advice or personal experience?

I wouldn't stress about it for FAR. I supplemented with the WTB when I studied for FAR and passed with an 86. Plus, it's normal to not feel great about a test walking out of it. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I walked out of Audit thinking that there was no way I passed, I pretty much guessed on all questions in the third testlet and half of the sims. I passed with a 76. I studied with CPAExcel and did all the WTB questions with ease. Just sit tight and don't worry about it until you get your score. It's out of your hands now 🙂

Hard to say. I didn't track it closely, but I did something every day for the last 6 weeks. Sometimes it was only 20 MCQ, other days it was close to 150 MCQ. I did all available Sims and most of MCQ (had about 100 of them left). Towards the end, last few weeks, all my sets of MCQ were scored between 70% and 100% with most of them being around 80-85%.

Don't know if this was enough, but it is what it is. Now I just wait.

I've passed 3 so far with WTB and the Wiley books, plus some Ninja supplements (not Ninja MCQ). I do remember thinking after AUD that I probably didn't answer enough of the MCQs right to pass, but that was wrong. Whatever I did on the MCQs plus sims turned out to be just fine.

If you already paid for all sections of WTB, at least stick with it until you find out your AUD score.

If you don't have any Ninja already, at least grab all the freebies you can. It could make just the difference you need.
