I did this in my state (from the state that I took the CPA exam). Generally, you will need to meet the education requirements in Texas to sit for the exam in Texas. If you do, then you just transfer your scores for $25.

In my state, I had to apply to be eligible to sit for the exam, and during the application process there was a box for “I want to transfer scores from another state” instead of applying for a NTS.

The Texas state board can probably help you with the process.

There are also some instructions on NASBA's website somewhere.

    REG - 94
    BEC - 92
    FAR - 92
    AUD - 99
