Hi Jan, I got my jurisdiction number through an e-mail correspondence with the WI coordinator. Otherwise, I'd bet hm890 is right in that it is probably on your score reports. As far as score releases for us, from what I remember from the April/May window, is that I got my score like June 5th or somewhere around that date. So I suppose that means we could get our scores by the end of next week. Hopefully it will be earlier, but it most likely will be later. Ahhh.. Wisconsin...

I know what you mean about wanting to see the score for yourself. I obsessively stalk the loophole for every score release and I never want to get my hopes up too much in case it is wrong. Thanks for the good luck, good luck to you too on your remaining exams.
In my experience WI releases all the scores from a wave about a week after the last of the scores are released. In all of my cases it was the last week of a release month or the first week of the next month. So you may not get your score until the end of next week. They post the scores online at night, and it seems like it gets later and later. I took FAR last Halloween and I got my score after about 9pm. For REG and AUD i got them after 11pm.

offlineMemberOkay, since everyone leaves the forum after receiving scores, I will post my experience with the loophole. For starters, I am in PA, a NASBA state. This was my first exam, and I had outstanding NTS for the other three (took BEC a week ago, scheduled FAR and AUD for later this year).
After REG scores were released, I called NASBA to confirm my score was one of the ones they had. . .it was. I checked the loophole in both OH and GA and got the same result-- the dreaded "in process" message everyone has discussed with the phone number for NASBA at the bottom. I got my score tonight and it was a 79! I just checked the loophole now and received the exact same message.
My guess is that if you have all NTS outstanding (tests either taken, scheduled, or simply paid for), you will get this message. Only after failing will it allow you to re-register because at this point there isn't anything I can register for.

offlineMemberSo I've tried the loophole for this window and last window and I'll share my experiences. BTW, I'm a TN candidate.
The first time I tried it I had passed FAR and AUD, had a NTS for REG, and was waiting for my BEC score. I waited until the day after the BEC scores had been released to NASBA and checked the OH "Re-exam Registration" link on the NASBA site. It gave me the "in process" message. I ended up passing BEC.
So the second time I tried it, I had passed FAR, AUD, and BEC and was waiting for my REG score. I log into the OH site the day after scores are released to NASBA, and it let's me register for REG and the sections I had passed are grayed out. And I ended up failing REG.
Also, the TN "Re-exam Registration" site now looks exactly like the OH "Re-exam Registration" site. The TN site would let me register for REG and the other sections were grayed out the day after scores were released to NASBA.
Back to studying for me....

I understand that the loophole only works after the AICPA has released your score to NASBA. I know NASBA has my score. But does the loophole work before NASBA has uploaded the scores? Or does it only working during the 24 hours before your score is actually released?

offlineMemberWisconsinCPA2be- I did try the Ohio loophole with my last 2 exams and I think it worked. Of course there is always the possibility that is was a coincidence. I'm not sure about when NASBA uploads the scores. I would love to know if the scores are uploaded when all of the other state's scores are uploaded and they just don't release them to us until later, or what. I basically checked the loophole almost everyday while at work to see if there was any change. I never really wanted to get my hopes up too much though in case it was wrong and I failed.

offlineMemberThis is what Gliem says about the score release "NASBA also receives all CPA scores from the AICPA and records them in their National Candidate Database before forwarding the grades to individual State Boards, which send the grades to individual CPA candidates." So it would seem once the national candidate database records the grades you should be able to see whether you can re-register.

offlineMemberWell, I would like to think that they have recorded my scores in their National Candidate Database since it seems like every employee at NASBA knows my score and can't tell me anything about it. When I called yesterday to get an idea of when scores for Wisconsin will be released the lady on the phone told me that yesterday morming NASBA has changed their policy so that they are no longer able to give any information related to scores to candidates including the information as to whether or not NASBA has a score for each candidate. So, now we will never even know if we are in wave 1 or wave 2.

If you have questions, please call your Coordinator at the number given below. Please call the number below." So whether that's considered a successful loophole, or not, I'm not sure.

I took FAR on 8/31. As of today FAR is greyed out when I attempt to re-register. My understanding is this could be a good sign of passing, however, this is only when AICPA has released the scores to Nasba, which has not happened yet.
So until the scores are relased to Nasba this is meaningless, right?

offlineMemberThe loophole has always worked for me too. There was someone from FL last window that said it was wrong. Also a few people in SC (my state) said the loophole let them re-regsiter but they passed. It's definitely not 100% accurate, and I have been following it almost a year.

offlineMemberI'm not an expert on the loophole, but I'm going to share my experience:
I'm a Va candidate, and have passed 3 of the 4 parts so far. I took FAR at the end of August and am waiting on my score. If I didnt pass FAR in August, I will lose BEC.
When I went to apply on the OH website, I was able to apply for EVERY section of the exam..... I have no idea what this could mean. Any guesses?
