Hi everyone, for those of you still in school (or out too!) what do most of you guys like hearing when at a CPA firm tour? (What’s the most valuable information you have received).

Basically…What do students want to hear about? This could be anything – the Firm, the profession in general, the business environment, etc.

I would say students are probably interested in a typical day as a staff accountant. Where the staff sit, if they have designated spots, some of the perks of the office (free food), an idea of the culture (family oriented vs. happy hours every day or somewhere in between), the dress, average time in the office vs. out at clients…
