What type of business can you start with your CPA license other than tax/audit?

    So I am in the middle of the tax season and realized that I should plan on doing something more entrepreneurial with my CPA license.

    The salary is decent but based on the hours and energy I put in, not really impressive. And I really don’t want to be a salaried worker until I retire.

    Besides opening up your own CPA firm to do tax and/or auditing work, do you know your friends and colleagues that started something entrepreneurial with their CPA licenses?
