For those that are done or almost done… what was the hardest part in your opinion.

I know it will vary from person to person but i am just curious…

I start studying for RAG in about a week and it will be my first exam. Seems like alot of people are having trouble with that part so i am a bit apprehensive.

    REG-77
BEC -Waiting on score May 5th
    AUD - May 30
FAR - Q3 depending on if i pass above two in Q2

For me, FAR was the hardest studying experience, but REG was the hardest test-taking experience if that makes sense.

    BEC, hands down.

    Licensed Florida CPA:
    B: 71, 73, 79
    A: 83
    R: 78 (expired), 77
    F: 74, 74, 80

    It's finally freaking over.

FAR took me the longest time to prepare, but REG was the most frustrating to prepare for.

All of them were hard in their own way. But I agree with Aron. When I was studying for REG, I missed studying for FAR! All those small business law topics were annoying.

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)
    California CPA since 1/30/14

AUD for requiring too much judgement. With the other exams it's more or less calculations or memory, but AUD requires you to choose between two answers that appear very feasible in the real world, hence it does have the lowest passing rate.

    CPA - Since 2015
    CISA - Smashed 2012
    CIA - Passed 2015

Whatever topic is most challenging to you.

For me that was audit, mainly because its 1 topic, that covers 1 college course for 4 hours! Whereas I found BEC to be a nice light blend of several topics, which covered several college courses for 3 hours.

Longer narrower test vs. Shorter broader test (IMO)
