I used to work thru recruiting agency for a contruction company; during the period of my placement at the company I worked directly under the supervision of an active CPA for 6 months, is this qualified as work experience?
And 6 months later, I got hired by the company that I was a temp and have been working there till now….. In summary, I have 6 months work experience as a temp and another 1.5 years under the same supervisor who is active CPA.
When I asked my boss to sign the paper she said she is willing to sign only 1.5 years from the time I formally got hired by the company to date, not the first 6 months that I worked thru recruiting company even working for her company, claiming that my employer for the first 6months is recruiting agency not her company..
What should I do? should I call the recruiting company and ask them to write the letter stating the time I work for her company..? or what ? Can she sign for the first 6 months?
please suggest….
