The menu bar to control the video has disappeared. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Jeff, don't laugh, but I have know idea what video player I'm using. I have a windows based computer (XP) – so I guess it's Windows Media Player (although the screen doesn't look like it) All I did to get the lectures to run is plug in the jump drive and a tab opens up on my browser (google chrome) then I click on a lecture.

The only thing that i recall doing is updating my itunes software on Friday. It is frustrating and counter productive not being able to pause the video. Thanks.

The Windows video player is sketchy at playing DVDs…did your computer come with another program?

I just got the video working again. I switched to using Internet explorer as my default browser and opened the videos using that instead of google chrome. The default media player that opened was vlc… hallelujah.

To the OP…if your computer came with WinDVD it's much better at playing DVD's. Just look around your desktop and program areas. Both of my comps came with it…Dell and Toshiba.
