I think the end of the testing window really gets to all of us. We start to panic, think of rescheduling, and think we are not ready. But like a fellow CPA candidate posted on Another71.com, discouragement gets the best of us. Well it’s time to fight the discouragement and go for our gold: passing the CPA EXAM!!!

This past week has been a bit rough on me, probably because I’ve been at this so long and I think I see the finish line. I feel I’m missing out on time with my girls.

My little one started to take her first couple of steps yesterday, and of course I missed it because I was in my room studying. It also made me think about wanting my gold and passing all sections once and for all.

So I’m glad I rethought about my last blog and my study plan. I changed it up this past week and decided to follow Jeff’s plan to pass a section of the CPA Exam in 20 days. I ditched review lectures. I really enjoyed the lectures, but I need to get my review in high gear now.

I’m in the process of reviewing Jeff’s NINJA notes by section. Then I log onto the Wiley test bank and MCQs on the section until I score 75 – 80. Then it’s on to the next section and repeat. So far that’s been working for me.

Once I complete all the sections, I will concentrate 100% on MCQs in whole and hopefully I will score about 75 to 80.

Well I’m off to work on my next section. Good luck to everyone sitting this coming week.

Till next time!!
