Study time? What’s that??

Do you ever feel like there isn’t enough time to study? I have been really feeling that way lately. At the end of the day I look back at what I’ve done and wonder where my time went.

I have no study hours logged for the last week, and I can’t tell you that I’ve had some crazy catastrophe that stopped me from studying.

I work from home doing bookkeeping for a couple clients, so I can’t say that I’ve spent a ton of time working, either. I even had a couple days where I only had my 1 year old with my 2 year old and teenager at my parents’.

So where does the time go? I think I need to call the time police, because somebody must have stolen a bunch of mine! I’m talking felony scale here. It gets me down at times.

I had high hopes of being able to do all the homework from the Roger CPA Review classes that I’ve been to. But, here I am about to start the AUD class this Sunday, and I don’t think I’ve cracked the books more than 2 hours.

Now I know, studying for the CPA exam is hard and time consuming, but I think I actually have to put in some time for it qualify as time consuming, right? At least with going to the live Accelerated Review classes, I have a foundation and will have gone through the material once.

Since it’s a new month and a new class starting this weekend, it’s time to reinstate study time. I need to follow Jeff’s NINJA Study Guide and actually put in the hours. This test is not going to take itself and I am at risk of letting it pass me by.

Good luck to everyone studying and sitting!

Shanti
