I spent the weekend in Las Vegas, and now I’m back. Last week was so hard for me to study, but I did get some progress in. Then I left for Vegas on Friday morning and came back on Monday night.

This is my last mini-trip I have planned for the unforeseen future, so now I can totally focus on Financial Accounting and Reporting.

It’s pathetic, but this is my 3rd week studying, and I’m still on FAR-1. It’s been so hard for me to get back into studying since Audit, and FAR is just so intense compared to Audit. The MCQs are just killer.

I’ve been using a great review course, Roger CPA Review. Unfortunately, not even Roger can motivate me that much. Luckily I’m early enough in my FAR studies to overcome this and power through my studies.

I really need to start getting through more than one section a week to be able to take the exam in a timely manner.

I had a fun summer with some studying mixed in, but now it’s really time to buckle down and study hard.

Time to get back to studying for now.
