NPV when you are given revenue, cash expenses, non cash expenses, the net income. For purposes of NPV of FCF, you would use the yearly CF from cash operations correct? As in cash exp. from revenue but not use NI. FYI depreciation was not a factor as they did not get into what kind of investment it was.
