Sooo I have the BEC exam scheduled for January 4th. I tried reading the Ninja book but I found the book too technical. Soooo I’ve been trying to read the Becker book before I jump on the MCQs – so far I’ve only been able to skim half of the book as of yet. Do you guys (especially Jeff, haha) think I should jump on MCQs now and forget reading the book at this point?

That depends. How confident do you feel with the material so far? Because although you will learn best by doing MCQ, you're not going to feel good if you find you keep getting everything wrong because you didn't read those sections. Trust me, this happened to me with FAR and it was frustrating.

    BEC - NINJA IN TRAINING

    FAR - 74

    REG - NINJA IN TRAINING

Not confident at all. Did a 33 Question MCQ session this morning, and only got 31 % right – not sure if i should start reading the book again or just keep on smashing the MCQs :/

If I were you and I keep scoring 33%, I would read the book on that topic. I've tried the MCQ approach and it works on some topics. The more complex topics, you need more information to get a grasp of the big picture and actually understand what you're doing/what you need to do. MCQs alone won't cut it, imho.
