I had to send a fingerprint card to Identogo because I live out of state. It has been 13 business days and online it still says pre-enrolled. Their customer service sucks. No one can tell me if they are sitting on someones desk or if they have processed them already. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to process them? Bonus if in Texas. Thanks!
