Local Firm to Mid-Tier Firm

    I am a tax accountant at a local CPA firm. I want to gain more experience in international tax and to work for a bigger firm. I am considering applying to Grant Thornton or BDO once I pass the CPA exams.

    Does anyone have any input or experiences they could share?

    I would really appreciate it.
