    NINJA Question –

Hi all I just wanted to share some stuff. Little background I currently work in public accounting and sitting for the exams fresh out of college. I just retook audit and regardless of the outcome I will be living by ninja notes. I began studying for reg in the summer with CPA excel. I failed that bad and continued with far and audit. After starting 0-3 I figured something needed to change.

I knew it was not CPA excel but the way I learn. I looked into ninja and bought the 10 point combo in which I used as a supplement to CPA excel. Like I said regardless of the outcome (I think I passed) I will be using for the 3 other sections.

I figure I will share how I implemented them. Keep in mind I do have a full time job and want to keep my sanity by working out and hanging out with friends.

I usually try to studying the morning before work. I will do my CPA excel lessons as the lessons plan out. As I learned with ninja nail those concepts regardless of where the info comes from. You need to learn and not memorize mcq. I then tried to use the audio as I got ready in the morning as well as my drive to the office. I used to live in Chicago and this would have killed the morning commute. If I am not busy I will utilize my lunch hour and read the ninja book and do some notes. I workout after work and will read more if I am up for it.

I will say having time off during the holidays helped espcaillg 1.5 weeks out when I started hammering the mcqs. This is a MUST. I did not do this for the first three tests and I feel like it will show. I did not finished the entire review 98% but I still ended up doing almost 5000 extra mc. I never felt to rewady for that portion of the test which is usually a huge struggle.

So those who have a big video course can utilize bow they want. I would highly consider using all of ninja. You !might say well there not in the exact order when going through it. That should not matter. Whether it was on cpacexcel, the book, notes, or audio it did not matter. For me it was repetition in hearing seeing and rewriting the information. That is how it worked for me.

I find out in a month how I did on audit. I sit for BEC on the 6th. It will be a grinder but I am ready.
