With 3+ years tax experiences at CPA Firm, I have unemployed for around half year and have studied for CPA exams right now. Recently, I have gotten a job offer at a small CPA firm in San Francisco with $70K annual. Not as high as my prior employment, I made $35 hourly and had quitted it for some reasons. Since I have worked for years in public accounting firm, I feel super tired for working long hours and so much stress on the deadline. During my unemployed period, I mainly submitted my resumes to private companies for the accounting positions, but there is no luck. Last month, I begin to submit a resume to CPA firm and then got a offer. I know I dont like to work at public anymore but it seems like there is no choice. Should I accept it or continue to look for an accountant position in corporation?

Have good faith in yourself on the way of studying CPA exams😄

    Pass your CPA first.

Keeping applying for private companies (Public accounting always need people). Or accept the offer and keep applying 🙂
