I didn’t read the books for the other three sections and was able to pass 2 out of the four. awaiting score for AUD. I was just wondering if anyone has passed REG by studying the homework questions without reading the book or listening to lectures?

It is very possible. While it is not the best method, I pretty much did ninja mcq with blitz (i am assuing they are similar…) to pass all four parts. I skipped lectures and reading, although I bought ninja notes and read few pages for my last part reg.

Personally not reading/no lecture was helpful, because I did not have review course and by the time I start studying I got exhausted anyway so I just did questions. I figured I would learn more efficiently that way and at least it worked for me.

But if you have sufficient time and energy, fully learning the material would be better to increase your chance of passing.

@mhei8116 How long did you take for REG? Just purchased an NTS last night and would like to potentially take it 3/9

Homework questions as in multiple choices or simulations? To me, it would be almost impossible without studying simulations

AndrewE – you mean to prepare for the exam?

It was a retake. The one that I passed, I pretty much started new because has it been several months but when I was going over it it did help a little.

I had 38 days to study, studied 20 days (busy at work, sometimes I just could not study) and probably spent 40-50 hours to study. I have seen (Seen, I just looked at the answer) most of simulations and did managed to hit review phase in Ninja MCQ and did couple hundred for review.

    mhe: Thanks for the input.

Since I'm only using Becker and not planning to purchase supplement, I'm curious if anyone used Becker only and passed with homework questions and sim reviews alone?
