    Becker Question –

Thinking of buying them for FAR as I am having troubles organizing all my notes/information. FAR covers such a large amount of material I was thinking flashcards would be easier to carry around then tons of pages of notes.

Get the electronic ones. They go with the Becker courseware..I downloaded it on my iPhone and Ipads. works perfectly if I am waiting in line at Starbucks or somewhere, I can flip through and see how well I do.

If you are a student, you may be able to finagle your Becker Rep to get them for free. But I figure since I paid out of pocket, it was already part of the deal and wanted me to feel special.

    They are awesome!

@cruzer, I am terrible at organizing my own notes so I used flashcards for all of the exams and I highly recommend them. I had them on my iPhone and iPad so the study material was at my fingertips at all times.

Are these flashcards relevant to the new format?

no they are V1.2 but I need a quick go to all the time to drill concepts in my head so I can be able to work through any problem. I have been reading the CPA exam blueprint the AICPA published and it really gives a lot of insight on where to focus.

I found the flashcards for BEC very helpful, especially for concepts in Econ, IT and COSO. Not so much for all the other chapters.

    AUD - 91
    BEC - 85
    FAR - 91
    REG - 86

    R - 10/8/2016
    B - 12/10/2016

Anyone use Becker V1.2 flaschards? Wondering if they help drill concepts in your head. $99 seem steep for electronic version on Becker website and I am not a Becker student or subscriber so I don't think I could even buy.

Does anyone know if the Becker V1.2 flashcards would be much different than V3.0?

I have V1.2 and broke out into sections based on NINJA study area. For chapter's I am scoring 70 or less I am not long reading flash cards daily but writing them as notes. Anyone tried this and been successful at FAR?
