Applying for license in neighboring state?

    Hey guys,

Currently, I live in a state where 150 units are required to be eligible for licensure. Of those 150 units, 20 units must be graduate level units.

I currently have 153 units, but need another 9 graduate level units to become completely eligible. I’ve just about met every other requirement in my state, but I don’t want to shell out more money to pay for borderline worthless grad school classes (at least not right now).

I was thinking of getting my license in another state and finishing up the requirements in my state once I have a bit more disposable income.

Would I be able to update my e-mail signatures to “Turbo Sandwich, CPA” or would I have to disclose the fact that I’m only licensed in that neigboring state?

    Any insight would be appreciated.
