This is my first exam, and the score release is 12/19. Debating if I should stay up past midnight tonight to see my score, or if there’s a possibility that my score will be released in the next few hours, or in the evening today?

It's a midnight release unless NASBA states otherwise and if they were going to tell us it's an early release, we would get the announcement, at the most, two hours in advance. My best recommendation is to sign up for Twitter if you don't have one and set the NASBA Twitter account so that their alerts go to your phone as a text message. That way you will know right away when they are releasing the scores or if they have been released early. If you do not get any update from NASBA, it will be a midnight release.

The second score release of September released at 4:30ish EST, I would expect them to be up around that time again. Definitely before midnight I would say based off the past few score releases.

depends on what state you are in. i'm in MD and i usually have to wait around 11am the day of release to see my score. it is also on a different website (only a few states have scores that are NOT posted on the nasba portal)

I seem to recall last quarter, for the last batch of REG at least, they released test results on the actual release date, and not until the late morning….I remember everyone was super pissed because they thought the prior quarters' trends would be good indicators, plus NASBA jumped the gun saying they were “about to release”. Not saying that's what we should expect this time, but I hate to see everyone expecting a day -1 release primarily because that's been the norm….just my two cents.

My guess is they won't jump the gun this time, meaning we'll probably get a “SCORES ARE OUT NOW!” tweet from them when the time comes
