I failed the AUD exam the first time I took it (even though I was using Becker at the time). What helped me pass it (on the 2nd try) was making sure I really fully understood the major audit concepts. What helped me get there was an AUD Cram Course from Roger CPA Exam review. The guy who teaches it does a REALLY great job explaining the key concepts and it's also not unbearably priced so was super worth it.

I focus heavily on the AICPA blueprint during my final review which is a week before I take the exam. I try to take their percentages and adjust how I approach my review accordingly. I also take the AICPA practice exam just to get a feel for the TBSs. I've seen the exact same format on an actual exam that was on their practice exam. It cut down on the amount of time that I'm looking at a TBS wondering, “what the hell are they asking me to solve?”, which happens too often on their TBSs. lol Good Luck!
