    Hello all,

I have audit in four days am I’m starting to get worried. I have no experience in audit, and I’ve been out of school for ten years.

I’m currently using Becker. I’ve gone through the material once already, and i’m almost done answering the questions a second time. The first time thought the MCQ’s I scored an average of 83 percent. When I got a question wrong I wrote down why. If i got something write, i would write down something about one of the wrong answers. The second time through the question’s i’m averaging in high 80’s up into the high 90’s.

I haven’t spent any time on ratio’s. Should I dedicate some of my remaining time to the ratios, or should i just continue to knock out random tests.

Also, I was a deer in headlines with the far sims(somehow still passed the exam). I left two of the sims completely blank, and i know i need to do a lot better on Audits sims. What’s a good strategy for not panicking on the Audit Sims. I’m thinking about taking a small break after the MCQ testlets to stretch my legs.

    Thanks!

I would focus on ratios that Becker emphasizes and their effects on the financial statements. As far as the simulations, the AL can come in handy if your questions allow you to use it (sometimes you can find answers word for word). I always like to take a small break before I start the simulations and, if I have enough time, in between the second and third multiple choice testlets.
