So unfortunately when Becker CPA Review updated in January all of my progress was reset. I had previously completed the AUD, FAR, and REG modules but they all completely reset and now I’m ineligible for the Becker Promise. Is there a way to check my stats to show that I actually completed all of the modules in those sections? I’ve already contacted Becker and they basically said that unless I can prove it to them that I won’t be getting the Becker Promise.

I’m really wishing I would have picked other study materials. Becker not only is not helping me pass the exams (I have studied my butt off for the 3 I’ve taken and I’m no where near passing) but their customer service isn’t the greatest and they certainly aren’t very understanding. It’s not really my fault that their updates wiped all of my progress and now I’m being punished for it.

My V3.0 and V3.1 are completely blank. I don't know what happened and I'm almost in tears. Becker is expiring this summer and I have to retake all the exams, I have no time to go through and get all these modules for FAR done plus fix what is missing from AUD and REG and complete BEC.

Did you happen to download the software on a laptop and by chance it hasn't been updated? I mostly access Becker online or with my iPad. Occassionally, I will access it from my laptop if I don't have an internet connection and it will “data hasn't been synced, connect to the internet”. If so, disconnect from the internet and then try opening it from your laptop. Good luck.

My FAR module reset, but it still shows that I completed FAR 3.0 when I click on the Becker Promise icon (the pie wedge on the left side). It shows that I haven't completed FAR 3.1 (which is true, that's the current module). Are yours showing 0% completed for modules that previously showed 100% complete?

@Jen-J Mine is showing 0% complete for modules that were previously 100% complete, FAR3.1 is also incomplete which is correct because I've not started studying that. All the customer service rep keeps telling me to do is send a copy of the summary, which I have and I haven't heard back yet. The summary shows everything as incomplete so I'm not sure why they need that. I don't know why they would think I was making that up, I told the CSR that I was nearly in tears because I already completed everything. I even have the date that I completed everything, 7/13/17, the day before my FAR exam. I already have to retake the exam and now all my notes and progress from the first time I studied are gone and I'm in panic mode. I've never been able to get the desktop version to work so I'm sure that won't help me out.

OMG, JUST GOT THE EMAIL, THEY GAVE ME THE BECKER PROMISE FOR FAR. I thought for sure they weren't going to do that. Huge relief.
