I have a few questions:

-Should I bring copies of my resume in a folder?

-Are the manager/partner interviews usually separate interviews?

-How long does it take to get an answer from them about an offer? Seems like most people who receive offers receive it the same day of the interview.

I brought resumes with me, but they have a copy when you get there–still it seems like having a few on you is a good idea. I don't recall if I printed my questions, seems like I would have. Make sure you have some great questions.

Your interviews should be individual, for various firms it was 2-3 interviews, with 1-2 managers and 1 partner

Received offers the same day or next day.

1 – Yes, bring extra copies. 95% of interviews I have been on the interviewer is prepared, but in the few cases where they are not ready, it helps to have extra copies.

2- Yes, usually separate interviews. This gives each a chance to get to know you and you to know them and ask them questions.

3- I'm assuming this is an office interview, but each firm is a little different. Larger firms may be quicker to offer since they don't have exact targets to hit and can offer on a rolling basis. Smaller firms may want to finish office interviews before extending offers since they have a smaller target range of hires. Some are same day, others next day, and others may be within a few days. I've gotten offers on day of or next day, but it all depends.
