Hello folks. I was hoping to get some insight from any pending or current CPA’s who have stayed with their initial company out of college for atleast 5 plus years. I’m currently finishing my credit requirement as I have passed all 4 sections. I’ve been with he same company going on almost 4 years or of college. I know most people suggest trying different jobs to gain not only experience but to make more money faster. Has anyone done the opposite and stuck at their first career out of college? I’m very happy at my job and although I know I could make more money leaving, I’m satisfied with the growth and financial opportunities I have currently. Just curious if anyone else has followed that path???
