Does anyone else here use CCH and know what is going on? Their system has been down all day – IT support, website, e-filing, etc. We have returns due next week, and can’t provide anything to a client which is really doing well for client service. CCH hasn’t put out any official explanation as to what is going on, which is extremely alarming. Everything I’m seeing online goes back to ransomware or malware which is concerning since we are all cloud based now. Does anyone have any insight as to what is going on at CCH today?

I can't access CCH Axcess today either. The notice from the IT dept is that there's a maintenance since last Saturday and everything will be supposed to be done by tmr afternoon or so.
