Does anyone have any ways that helped them understand exchange rates and exchange rate issues?

I’m having a hard time understanding the concept as a whole.

For me i got to the point where whatever i thought was the right direction. Choose the opposite. 🙂 That doesn't help but it's how i started to answer the questions and it worked. You would think a strong dollar would make for good business but it actually hinders.
