Gleim Review System Help – Information Reset?

Hey Everyone, So I recently found out I failed the REG portion with a 74. I want to retake it in 3 weeks because I have nothing to lose by going for it (except the $250). If I fail again I can just retake it in Q4 with plenty of time to prep. My Gleim adaptive learning system is taking me all over the place and it’s telling me to take quizzes and tests based on my past performance. I haven’t looked at the material in over 3 months and I need to start over. It is very inefficient to take quizzes and tests on all of the material that I lost the knowledge on. I want the system to be wiped clean. I emailed Gleim and they told me they recommend jumping back into the system and following the prompts and the adaptive learning system will eventually figure it out on what I am weak in. I don’t have time as a luxury. For any Gleim users, would you recommend pushing back on the Gleim email and telling them to hard reset? Or Should I just ignore the prompts and start over from section 1 and try to cover the 20 sections in 3 weeks? Is there a way to do an information reset on my own?

I would ask for a hard reset because you need to pretty re-do everything and start back from scratch when you fail. Unfortunately you need to contact support for that.

    AUD - 82
    BEC - 80
    FAR - 81
    REG - 82
    FAR - 74 first attempt
