Initial application is taking too long – New York

    Hi,
    I submitted my initial application on 08/27/2016 in New York and still has not been given NTS as of 11/14/2016 (almost three months). They received all my documents on 08/30/2016. When I contacted them last week they told me that they have too many applications? Does it really take that long?
