    NINJA Question –

Hi guys! I just failed FAR with a big fat 57! However, I am going to retake AUD first, since I got 73 on that one, and I just purchased Ninja Assault via the score release sale. Do any of you have experience with this program? I studied with Wiley but thought I give Ninja a shot.

If it works well I will use it for FAR retake!

I use Roger and I purchased Ninja Scout as a supplement for FAR. I really liked the MCQs and sims and thought they were very comparable to the exam and prepared me well. I liked them better than the practice available from Roger, but didn't think the notes and flashcards were very helpful since I had a full course already. I'm considering getting Scout or maybe the next one up for Audit, too.

I used Ninja exclusively this year, and it worked out well for me on all but BEC (no fault of the program, I did not have a solid understanding on a couple key topics). I felt more prepared than I did for any of the exams I took preparing with Wiley.

@Jennifer that's what I wanted to hear! I passed BEC on my first try with an 80, and just missed AUD by 2 points with a 73! I'm thinking with Ninja I'll pass AUD hopefully in February and then I'll go back to studying for FAR with Ninja.

A bit of advice for BEC…concentrate on key words in the writing. I think that's what helped me pass!

Last time, the writing portion was the ONLY place where I got “stronger.” I won't know the breakdown for this round for a few more weeks, but I expect the same. I also know for a fact I messed up the econ questions, so I didn't even expect to pass. Did you use Wiley for BEC? I think I'm going to go back through the program again this year and supplement with Ninja. I plan on retaking around 1/17.

Is anyone using BECKER? If so, does anyone suggest using both BECKER and supplement with NINJA for FAR?
I just found that my 2nd attempt at FAR scored lower than my 1st attempt. UGH!

I used Becker and Ninja audio/MCQ for all my sections. I did the whole Becker program and did Ninja mcqs during my review period. It worked for 3 of my sections and I'm going to do it again for FAR.

I used NINJA as a supplement with Becker, and I added in Roger Cram the last time I took FAR. I also used the NINJA vids for some topics I could not get with Becker and Roger. I know that is a crazy mix, but I kept finding different ways to introduce the topics to myself until I found a formula that worked.

@Jennifer I did use Wiley for BEC. I didn't spend enough time with COSO and that's what I was heavily tested on, so I'm not sure why I passed except that I did well on Sims. Wiley is good, but I think that for retake purposes I'll just use Ninja.
