    I have 2 issues.

Is it worth emailing my stateboard that I had surgery for my appendix a week before my CPA exam for a credit extension? I had stomach pains for a week that hindered my studies and then it was my appendix exploded.

My current plan is to take my FAR retake April 9 (about 4 weeks). I did terribly, got a 64. My MC’s felt mostly like gov’t questions which I did stronger, but my sims were so hard, I know that is why I failed. I knew the concepts, I am sure of it, but I didn’t know how to apply it. I will restart my Ninja questions and try to do 100 a day and do sims.

Then I will take Aud (expired credit) by June 3 because I lose my BEC credit. This will give me about 2 months to study. The main issue is staying focused while working full time, going to Sunday church and working out at least 2 times a week, while eating lots of food to gain weight (slim)

tltr: should I email the board for credit extension when I needed srugery week before my exam. How demanding is 4 weeks for FAr reake and about 2 months for AUD all while working full time?

@efrummy@gmail.com If you already took your exam, for which your studies were affected by your health issues/complications, I doubt they'll give you some sort of extension for that. You can always reach out and ask, though; the worst they can say is “no.”

4 weeks for a FAR retake, when you made a 64 the first time and basically need to start from scratch, will be quite demanding. If your only choice is to take it in 4 weeks, do it. Just get up at 5:00am, study until work, study over lunch, study after you get home. It'll stink, but it's only for 4 weeks. I think 2 months for AUD is more than enough time.

    AUD - 77
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 78
    REG - 77
Finished.  Praise be to the Almighty!
