I found the following on the Becker website about 2017 exam changes:
“The AICPA expects a 10-week delay in the release of scores following the close of the initial testing window for the new exam (second quarter of 2017). For the third and fourth quarters of 2017, scores will be released approximately 10 days after the close of the testing window. In 2018, the AICPA expects to move back to the current score release timeline.”

Does “For the third and fourth quarters of 2017, scores will be released approximately 10 days after the close of the testing window.” mean the end of the two month test window (July/August) or the individual cutoffs within the months? Basically if I take an exam the first week of July will I be waiting on the score until September/October?

I think your understanding is correct. It's shown on NASBA site(“How soon will I get my scores with the next Exam?”).

I wish I had the determination to be successful before April 1st. I'm coming up on my first exam (BEC) this weekend. I started planning for the exam in August and didn't care at the time the exam was changing, because either way it's going to be very, very difficult. The score release schedule makes me wish I had planned ahead and began this process six months ago. I'm planning on taking exams in April and possibly May, but more likely July 2017. I have no idea what to do while I wait for the last score (assuming I've passed everything before that… is that naive?). Do I keep studying in case I fail or take a much needed break and possibly lose some previously gained knowledge? I'll keep studying enough just to keep it fresh, but argh, I'm really going to want to be done at that point. I already want to be done.
